Yoga style

Her style is a combination of Vinyāsa & Sivananda yoga and mindfulness is one of the many aspects you will see back in the class.
She combines flowing poses with holding poses for several breaths to increase strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Sequences that invite yoginis to be fully aware of the moment, to observe the mind & to flow into a timeless movement.

Her own Yoga journey

Yoga gave her not only a stronger & more flexible body – it also created a calmer mind & more importantly, a greater connection with herself, others and life. She is very grateful to be able to share this through www.yogantigua.com with weekly classes.
She teaches classes in English, Spanish or Dutch.
Heidi started yoga in 2004 and has been influenced by Hatha, Sivananda & Vinyasa styles of yoga and practiced yoga with Jiya Julia Randall, Michael Gannon and Ellen de Jonge.
The journey of yoga is endless and her learning continues every day, every time she steps onto her mat.
